May Canada be known as a people who seek the face of God – which is the deepest and most intimate of joys in this world. (Psalm 24:6).

May Canada be a nation whom, as much as it’s in our hands, “live at peace with all people”
(Romans 12:8).

May Canada be a unified people – composed of many nations – that honours present and eternal life as a divine gift from God “so the next generation would know, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children…” (Psalm 78:4) of the mystery of Jesus’ saving grace, planned before the beginning of time (Ephesians 3:6; 1 John 3:10) for anyone who calls on His name (Romans 10:13).

Most importantly, may Canada be a nation that does not pursue selfish gain but live to share God’s hope to the entire world (Acts 20:24).
