The original vision of Bethesda speaks of a caring community, caring in the name of Jesus- non specific and eclectic in ministry. There are lots of avenues possible but because Bethesda is a “country” property, the centre lends itself to the practical worker type to be involved and part of the caring community.
Would you prayerfully consider spending time with us at Bethesda working shoulder to shoulder to maintain this special place of prayer and retreat?

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE
- Wood splitting/stacking (hydraulic splitter)
- Insulation / framing in basement of main house
- attic bathroom project
- repair / replace light fixtures main entrance & steel shed
- install door closer on main entrance
MARCH/APRIL
- MAPLE SYRUP production the old fashioned way
- cut, gather, split, stack wood to dry for next year
MAY-SEPTEMBER
- organic garden plots available
- trail maintenance – gather and burn brush
- repair sugar shack flaps
- finish greenhouse to start plants
- clear trees, grass from ponds
- rebuild cedar fence in main parking lot
- install eavestrough over main entrance
