Suggested Minimum Guest Rates

Weekend Group Rates

Bethesda is reserved for use by Christian groups on weekends.
* Groups must provide a $100 non-refundable administration/booking fee at least two weeks in advance.  Weekend bookings are not confirmed until the non-refundable booking fee is received.
If two or more groups request the same weekend, the first fee received will be the confirmed booking.

Weekend rates apply from Friday at 5 PM to Sunday at 1 PM
and are in addition to the $100 non-refundable booking fee.

Friday 5 PM to Sat 10 PM ………………………….. $200 flat rate

PLUS $10 for each guest staying overnight

Friday 5 PM to Sunday 1 PM ……………………… $250 flat rate

PLUS $15 for each guest staying the 2 nights

Weekday Group Rates

Bethesda is available to groups or individuals on weekdays and week nights.
Bookings can be made by phone or e-mail with at least 48 hours notice.
There is no administration/booking fee on weekdays.

Weekday rates apply from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon at 4 PM.
Half Day or evening (4 hours or less) …………… $50 flat rate

Full Day (more than 4 hours) ………………………. $75 flat rate

Overnight per person rate …………………………… $25 per adult, $15 children/youth

The weekend and day rates include use of the downstairs main meeting area, equipped kitchen, dining room, rustic chapel, and outdoor spaces including walking trails. The barns and other outbuildings are not available to guests.

Please note: The prayer cabin is booked separately.

We can accommodate up to 19 guests for overnight stays in 4 semi-private rooms and an attic dorm. Guests are requested to bring their own bedding (sheets, pillow cases, or sleeping bags – and towels and toiletries); otherwise bedding can be provided but an additional $5 laundry fee per bed used will apply.

The above posted rates only partially cover the cost of maintaining Bethesda Renewal Centre.
We gratefully welcome your gifts to this ministry.
Individuals who donate $10 or more beyond the posted rates will be provided with charitable donation receipts for income tax purposes upon request. (Reg. 867947970 RR0001)
